Seacrest visited the Television Critics Association January TV Tour late last week not to preview “Idol’s” restart, but rather to promote an upcoming series he’s co-producing for the cable network E!
Made in conjunction with the producers of MTV’s “Laguna Beach,” “Paradise City” is a Las Vegas-set reality series that will, in the words of some overcaffeinated publicist somewhere, “take viewers beyond the glitz and glamour of the Las Vegas Strip and into the real-life drama and excitement of up-and-coming Vegas dreamers whose lives intersect at the luxurious pools by day and behind the velvet ropes of the sizzling nightclubs by night.”
