MTV has signed a deal to funnel four of its original series to iTunes: “Real World: Denver,” “My Super Sweet 16″ and rookie shows “Rob & Big” and “Twentyfourseven.”

Retail price for each episode is $1.99, though MTV will make the premiere episode of “Rob & Big” available for free beginning Tuesday, as a promotion leading up to its Thursday debut on MTV. MTV bills “Rob & Big” as “a reality comedy series starring the professional-street-skateboarder Rob Dyrdek and his bodyguard and best friend Christopher ‘Big Black’ Boykin.”

This news comes after a lot of debate in the video copywriting space of the like of You Tube and other social video sites.
